Delivery & Returns

1. DELIVERY POLICY

All our products are made to order. 
Please allow 2-7 days for your order to be made and shipped. 
Larger orders may take longer to manufacture.

Upon placing your order you will receive an E-mail with a confirmed delivery date.
On the day of delivery if you have provided a mobile number you will get a text with an estimated time of delivery

We advise contacting us if your order is urgent.

Custom, bespoke, or match existing orders will have a longer pre-agreed time frame
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. DAMAGES

If your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately. Plaster products are fragile and some minor chips etc are expected, these are repaired during installation.

3. RETURNS (refunds and exchanges)

You have 30 days to return or exchange an item with a valid receipt should it be damaged or not fit for purpose. We cannot except returns on goods should you decide you no longer want them,all goods are manufactured to order.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in the same condition they arrived in. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first contacting us.

4. REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days. Delivery charges are non refundable

5. SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty.

6. EXCHANGE (if applicable)
