In 2019 Adams was approached by developers FP Homes & DK architects to offer our expertise on the restoration of a late 1800’s period property.
One of the original Fulwood park properties, having previously been converted to a care home for the elderly, its new owners wanted to convert it back into 3 residential homes.
All 3 properties had a full internal renovation, new cornices installed where needed and any existing cornices were restored to their original state.
The external of the property also underwent a major restoration.
A new GRP cornice incorporating a modillion block and hidden rainwater system was designed and installed.
Window surrounds were restored and were missing new sections installed using GRC.
